A film about modern Japanese architecture, its roots in the Japanese tradition and its impact on the Nordic building-tradition. Winding its way through visions of the future, traditions, nature, concrete, gardens and high-tech, KOCHUU tells us how contemporary Japanese architects strive to unite the ways of modern man with the old philosophies in astounding constructions. Interviews with, and works by, Japanese architects Tadad Ando, Kisho Kurokawa, Toyo Ito and Kazuo Shinohara and Scandinavian architects Sverre Fehn, Kristian Gullichsen and Juhani Pallasmaa.

Parthiban (Srikant) is a young executive who has trouble keeping a job because of his adventurous nature. A young girl he sees at a bus-stop (Sneha) catches his fancy, and he quickly falls head over heels in love with her, when he finds remarkable similarities in their two personalities. Parthiban is then cajoled into "checking out" a girl for an arranged marriage, which he does reluctantly, only to find she turns out to be Sathya (Sneha), the girl he secretly admires. Elated, he agrees to a marriage. A bizarre twist follows immediately after.
In 17th century China, zombies and vampires roamed the lands, feeding on the unsuspecting. A group of martial artists / vampire hunters find themselves employed by a very rich - and very insane - old man who has kept everyone of his relatives preserved in wax and not buried. Apparently it is his family's tradition. So, having generations of potential zombies in your cellar may not be the smartest idea ever, but it takes two to tango. In this case, a thief wants the old-man's treasure and hires a zombie-wrangler to re-animate the waxed up relatives in order to sneak into the mansion and steal the treasure. It's up to the kung-fu fighting vampire hunters to save the day (or night).
