Shot in 16mm film “From __, with Love” brings you into the lives of fifteen of the best snowboarders in the world. Follow the MDP crew as we traverse the globe in search of the most progressive snowboarding to date. From Russia to California, Finland to Alaska, Norway to Austria you will see huge jumps, insane rails, deep powder, and all the fun stuff in between, The DVD contains two completely different cuts. The first is travel based and highlights the adventures that we encountered throughout the season. The second sut is athlete based and only shows each riders highlights. You get the best of both worlds in one package. This is our gift to you- “From MDP, with Love”.
Gruesome School Trip
The sensitive Onnoval is the best student in his class and he loves Liselore, who was the girlfriend of the bully Gino. His teacher Meester de Vriend believes he is a promising writer and poet. Gino picks on Onnoval all the time, but Onnoval does not fight against Gino because he believes he is a werewolf. When the successful writer of horror tales Nol van Paulo comes for a lecture in his class, he advises Onnonval to never write a story for the evil Ferluci. However, Onnoval is humiliated by Gino and very upset and jealous he writes a story about a class excursion in a horror bus to a horror park, where Gino is killed by a vampire, and gives his story to Ferluci. Later he regrets, but Nol van Paulo tells him that the only way to fix the situation would be stealing his note book and rewriting the conclusion.

Hotaru The Hyper Swindler 4
Hotaru Amami, who defeats swindlers target women with a sharp consideration and a mature body, is a female private investigator. She is a female supporter. She has saved many of them in the past. The client this time is Kimika Tani, an office lady. She is into Akira, who works at a male host club. She bought $30,000 worth platinum to give it to him as his request. However, Akira disappears and she doesn’t even receive the platinum afterwards. All she’s got is the load to buy the platinum. That’s what it’s called “Paper selling”. As opposition, Hotaru tricks swindlers with the technique called “Tsuridana”.
Ice Up
Unique shapes, no two the same, formed by the action of water and frost. The water that once ran from the summits in torrents and waterfalls is immobilized for a few weeks. The thing is to be there, in time, just at the moment when they become solid, just before they return to water. A question of balance. Around seven top-level climbers who represent all the richness of the activity, these images will highlight different techniques and different approaches. Although the athletic performance is impressive, it is there only to emphasize the dazzling shapes, the warmth of friendships, the stories of teamwork.
Iceberg
Fiona is the manager of a fast-food restaurant. She lives comfortably with her family in the suburbs. In other words, Fiona is happy... until one day she accidentally gets locked into a walk-in fridge. She escapes the next morning, half frozen and barely alive, only to realize that her husband and two children didn't even notice she was missing. But when Fiona develops an obsession for everything cold and icy: snow, polar bears, fridges, icebergs--she drops everything, climbs into a frozen goods delivery truck and leaves home. For a real iceberg.
Kirikou and the Wild Beasts
The film is a sub-story to Kirikou and the Sorceress rather than a straight sequel. The movie is set while Kirikou is still a child and Karaba is still a sorceress. Like Princes et princesses and Les Contes de la nuit, it is an anthology film comprising several episodic stories, each of them describing Kirikou's interactions with a different animals. It is however unique among Michel Ocelot's films, not only in that it is co-directed by Bénédicte Galup (who has previously worked with him as an animator) but also for each of the stories being written by a different person (in all other cases, Ocelot has been the sole writer and director of his films).
