A Man Who Was Superman

SONG Soo-jung is a producer going on her third year at a small company. Her specialty is human interest stories. She is driven to produce these shallow stories for the sake of her ambition of one day becoming Korea’s own Oprah Winfrey. However, she is reaching the end of what’s left of her pride. One day, after months of not getting paid, she leaves her office with the company camera to produce a story on a lion apparently refusing to eat its meal. On her way, however, she comes across a robber, but she is saved somehow by Superman in a Hawaiian shirt. “Superman” claims he’s unable to tap into his supernatural powers as the bad guys have placed kryptonite inside his head. However, he doesn’t let that get in his way from helping others, from saving the world from global warming to saving a lost puppy.

Summerhill, whose headmistress is Zoe Redhead, is a seventy year old progressive school, run on cooperative lines with pupils having an equal say in its constitution. However officious OFSTED inspector Wharton regards it as a waste of money and a means of teaching children disrespect - though his assistant Myrtle is charmed by its ambience. In a court hearing to decide the school's future barrister Geoffrey Robertson points to the many alumni from the school but also, thanks to a tip-off from a pupil, is able to reveal that Wharton had told Myrtle that the school was virtually due for closure and the inspection was purely a formality. Consequently Summerhill is saved, Myrtle gets to teach there and the children launch a pirate ship with the banner 'Freedom' to celebrate the victory. Two children whose future at the school looked uncertain are also given cause to celebrate.

The Naked Brothers Band: Sidekicks

Everybody is excited about the end of the year masquerade party at Amigos Middle School, which unfortunately coincides with the prom at Amigos High School. While the band argues over their costumes, Rosalina decides she's rather hang out with the band at the middle school dance even though she's a in high school. Nat, thinking he's doing her a favor, pushes her into going to the prom with the most popular senior, Wade Killgallen, and then immediately doubts his decision. Patrice Johnson, "the most popular freshman" is furious that Wade is going with Rosalina, and forces Nat into being her date. Meanwhile, Thomas and David pull off the prank of all pranks, and then Cooper takes the fall for his buddies, making him a hero in the eyes of Ms. Scoggins. Nat and Rosalina ditch the prom early for the masquerade party, where the Naked Brothers Band rocks the house with a performance of "I Don't Wanna Go to School".
